Add 16:9 Supports for Sun Ray thin clients

Here isa post shows how to add new resolution to Sun Ray
Server Software:

https://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2198355 (Link: h
ttps://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2198355)

For convenience,
I wrote a small calculator to generator parameters for utresdef comman
d.

https://github.com/pengan1987/utresdefCalc (Link: https://github.com/p
engan1987/utresdefCalc)

You can use EDID Manager or similar software to get the ModeLine for y
our monitor
and convert to utresdef parameters.

So
your Sun Ray Client will work with 1366x768 or 1600x900 resolution (te
sted use Sun
Ray 2).
