A good article by Varoufakis on his blog yesterday, laying out
exactly what he offered those capitalist bastards, it all seemed
perfectly reasonable to me, as far as I understood it.
It depends entirely I suppose on what the point is, to take control
of all the country's assets and claw back as much interest in real
money owed on your imaginary money as possible, or to help the
country and it's people back to prosperity.
I know which side I'm on.
I'm thinking of giving up using this gopherspace for media files
because the connection to my other server is so flaky, for reasons
that I simply can't understand. I still like using it for a blog
though, and it's not like anyone ever reads the HTML ones I've done
anyway.
For the first time today my second Parker 51, the black one, seems
to be writing mostly OK, that makes me happier than you'd imagine,
it probably just needs breaking in properly. Perseverence, as Roy
Castle may or may not have said.
So Prinz Eugen was reputed to be gay, I wonder if they knew about
that before naming a couple of battleships and a Waffen SS division
after him.. Why not of course, but in those days...
