Long time no see, I've been working on a new version of my blog
about Prussia: prussian-curios.net.
As usual most of the work has been done by ChatGPT, with which I've
been having some trouble lately, zum Beispiel:
Refusal to read attached files, which is curious. A few times it
said that it was unable to read attached files, which is just not
true, but was able to do so immediately when I insisted. Trying to
save computing power or some limit for lowly Plus users?
Stupidity. No other way to put it. I spent about four extra hours
migrating the site from my test server to the live one because GPT
insisted on constantly rewriting my existing files instead of
debugging the original problem (a program missing from the new
server). After the four hours of madness and finally installing
php-mbstring my original file worked fine.
Frustrating, but I'm learning. Visit the new site if you have any
interest in history, particularly Prussian/German of course.
