The Captain's Cabin~
The captains cabin is well appointed but functional enough to give evidence tha
he is an experienced seaman who has on time to waste on frills. Set into an
alcove in the north wall is his bed, A thick mattress covered by a blue dyed
wool blanket. A polished oak table is bolted to the floor surrounded
by two padded chairs. A cabinet is set into the south wall, its oak panels
carved in the scene of a ship cresting a wave. The east wall is dominatee d by
window that looks out behind the ship and the door out onto the deck is west.

You are standing in a fair sized cabin, evidently being paid for by a fairly
wealthy passenger, a large bed rests against one wall and just to the north
is a table and several chair set around a porthole in the wall of the ship.
The few occupants of the room glance at you quizzically.

A well appointed cabin~
This is evidently a cabin reserved for only the wealthiest of passengers.
Part of the room is walled by a large window running along the back of
the ship which allows light to flood in.  A large bed rests against the window,
covered with silk sheets and thick woven blankets. A large table
is bolted to the floor and several thickly padded chairs sit around
it. ON the table is a tray set with several cups and a pitcher of something.

Approaching the Bilge hold~
A short stairway leads down into the bilge hold, the part of the ship
where water is allowed to sit to keep the ship balanced, the unfortunate
side effect of this is that it is quite rank and the smell assaults your
nostrils.

The Bilge Hold~
Well, for whatever reason your in the bilge hold now, hip deep in fetid
greenish water. The only way out is back up the stairs, but a bigger concern
is what is moving through the water toward you from the far end of the
hold.
