I just sent you an invitation to join my faction, Black Beach Alliance (BBA). The advantages of joining a faction are access to game resources, including better starships, access to specific information on profit opportunities, instruction and advice on advanced game topics, and comeraderie. BBA is a very layed-back group of individuals who do not impose a lot of rules on new members but are very quick to help members achieve whatever game goals they set for themselves. Most of our members occupy themselves with mining, lining, and/or planetary leadership.

I'm sure you've received invitations to several other factions, but don't feel pressured into making a rushed decision. There is no requirement to join a faction, and you can join at any time. I would advise you to take the time to get to know the players who have sent you the invitations or others in their factions either in the chat room or via message, then choose the faction whose members you feel most comfortable with.
