It turns out that my SO and I really like Crossword Puzzles. Each of
us has an enormous affection for words.  We're Wordies like others are
Foodies.  In the past we would work cooperatively, sort of, I would
'drive' on my laptop while casting to the TV.  My SO would call out
her contributions while I tried to keep up.  It was awkward.

Crosswords are intimidating.  Cryptic, often very obtuse clues, and a
completely empty grid, less the blacked out squares.  At first it is
like trying to paint with brushes you have seldom if ever used.  But
have _no_ fear, they get progressively more difficult as you work
through the week's puzzzles.  Which is to say, Monday's are the least
difficult, Sunday's are intended to be an afternoon project.

There are many on-line Crossword puzzles.  After trying a few I/we
settled on:

Yesterday, a Saturday, I was having difficulty casting to the TV (had
to do with uninstalled patches and upgrades) so for the first time I
tried the 'circle-with-person-inside-and-a-plus-sign' icon - invite
someone else to join in the playing.  It gave me a URL to copy and
then send  to my SO.  She clicked on it and 'Bob's.your.uncle' we're
in a shared session, able to independently play the same puzzle, at
the same time.  (Translation: One puzzle accepting contributions from
one (or more) additional team members.)

Instead of working often at cross (pun and double entendre intended)
purposes, my SO and I were able  to  complete  the  Saturday puzzle in
record time, for us.
