The best reason for doing this kind of thing is to keep your notes
finished and organized. That's the function of an assumed audience.

Posting stuff online clarifies your ideas and focusing your work. Justin
Hall and Dave Winer would both probably agree.

If I don't post some of this stuff, it will just be a pile of
disorganized snippets on Dropbox or in a notebook somewhere.
