i saw these pretty indian women on indian movie
posters on my indian t.a.'s wall
we talked about them -- i was told:
indian women are the most beautiful women on earth
and in heaven
i studied the posters carefully
noting the noses the clavicles the brows
because my indian teaching assistant
was being a physicist
and i was
being observant
if i ever caress such lovely shoulders
i should mark small kisses aplenty on
one then move on like a bee to kiss the other
to humbly say
hey you two -- too -- are indian woman
