If you have even a bit of IT experience, reading the FBI report is
just page after page of forehead-slapping stupidity on the part of a
technically ignorant and careless group of people. Hillary Clinton
and her coworkers were essentially driving with a toddler in the
passenger seat, with no seatbelt. For the first few months of the
server's operation it wasn't even using SSL, for Christ's sake.

Who are the non-voters?

The young, the poor, and the uneducated. The people who stand to
benefit the most from good government are the people least likely to
participate in the election.
