Let's see if we can fit this in 40 columns:

- Two software oscillators
 - editable waveforms
 - routable to parameter values or to audio output on one of POKEY's
voices
- Note values mapped to editable frequency table
- toggling of joystick i/o ports to use as gate voltages on external
equipment

A simple screen-editor interface would be easy to program and would
offer maximum information density.

Each screen line would be a literal data string that the sequencer
would interpret at each `step`.
