You're welcome smile emoticon I'm really happy you've found the
space/time to return to it. I look at what you do and it's
exactly what I *can't* do. I think in metaphors; to me,
everything is a metaphor. It's symbolism. But I can't get it on
paper with art; I'm words. When I see what you do artistically,
I see metaphors all over the place. Do they mean to me what they
mean to you? They might and they might not. But that's the
marvel of art: It has multiple intertwining layers of meaning;
thick and heavy and full of speakable and unspeakable things.
Art that's entirely abstract; lines pleasing to the eye, moving,
shifting, sharply turning, that carries other meanings still;
and some things don't translate into words at all, but feelings,
and not all feelings have words attached to them; they're just
there and are what they are.
I'm glad you've found the space/time to return to it, and I'm
grateful there's such a thing as Facebook and that technology is
finally at a point that I can see it, 1000 miles away.Thanks
