wow, for the past 10 minutes, my 10 yr old nephew came out and
  just told me how he is going to hack his 3DS Internet browser to
  get any pokemon he wants. he has a backup plan in case it fails
  (putting everything in the Pokemon bank) and he'll test it out
  on a crap Pokemon that he doesn't care about (ORAS) in case the
  game gets bricked.

  Now THAT'S someone who has a cure for anarchy that has a chance
  of working.

  he is going to empty his history, so it crashes the browser, put
  the QR code for the pokemon he wants on the SD card so that when
  it reloads the browser, in comes the pokemon he wants, as long
  as he has all of his slots emptied. It all made sense to me. So
  do a lot of people's elaborate plans.

  I just said, "If you lose everything, though and it fails
  miserably?" he had backup plans on top of backup plans. Smart
  kid.
