^Finally found a simple app/document launcher than I like. You
  just drag and drop the icons into it - whether its documents or
  programs. You can launch it with the keyboard (maybe put your
  painting program on P or whatever) - and your favorite documents
  in there too. I have a lot of stuff on my computer and it's
  always a pain having windows deciding that I always care about
  "most recent". I know I could use the desktop for it, but then
  every program wants to install their stuff to the desktop, which
  made it a yucky mess. (I have windows 7). It's got multiple
  tabs, so you can have hundreds of documents/apps available right
  in front of you - not HIDING somewhere.
