And instead of resting up, I think you should push yourself
until you are full-body AND full-mentally exhausted. Then, like
a body muscle, your brain will physically make new neuronal
connections while you sleep, criss crossing, ideas touching new
ideas ,and you will wake up in the morning with new insight. I
do that every single day since February and it is exhilerating,
because there is a breakthrough of some kind everytime I open my
eyes in the morning. it's awesome. I heartily recommend it :) "
