^Do what you can. When you can do no more, STOP. Then, do
  something else. But, if you need to see it through to the end,
  delegate to someone who CAN do what you can NOT do, THEN go do
  something else.

  Why go do something else?

  Because you have gone as far as you can go and can go no
  further. The only exception is if you KNOW you can complete the
  project after receiving: 1) a key piece of information or an
  important "thing" and/or 2) the right tools for the job 3)
  Better education on the "How to do it" aspect.
