  into things! I'm a suggester myself - especially when its
  something I don't know a lot about (as smart as I am with
  technology, I am blank when it comes to an engine). BUT if
  somebody's working on an engine, sometimes I *do* see something
  that they don't see - catching it from an unexpected angle --
  and it turns out to be right. it works best when the person
  doing the work is stuck on a having a single answer to a
  problem, to the exclusion of all other answers. they're the
  easiest people to find the right answers for, because they're
  perpetually looking at the wrong place the whole time. "
