^Swimming is the BEST sleep inducer - no drugs required! But the
darn rain got in the way of swimming the past 5 days. Only
walked about 50 times around the house this time - didn't want a
sweat-soaked shirt again - just beads of sweat and that
"exercise high" - but it was later, and I rode a bike two or
three times late afternoon with D. (he didn't join me on the
walk - it's late) so that's enough exercise for one day.^
