We sound similar, although how you are with art is how I am with
what I call my "projects", which are, I guess, a type of art. I
get a notion and I run with it until it's finished. I don't know
what the end result be. I just "hyperfocus" until it's completed
and I get a sense when it's done. Usually I'm bored with it or
something else looks interesting, so I send it out (on the
Internet 'cause it's a handy bucket for creative stuff) and move
on to the next project, whatever it is. I like "like" / comment
/ kudos and stuff but I don't live by them. I just have the urge
to create and I run with it 'til it's done. Sounds like we have
similar personality types. I tested many times as INFP in those
personality test things, although I think I've grown a lot since
those first tests, and when I look at other INFPs, I sometimes
see "me" and other times I feel like I'm looking at
  "me-if-I-let-myself-go-with-my-feelings-more". I see as well
that you're prolific at using writing to express yourself. Very
emotionally open and expressive - that's how someone described
my writing style - and I see you express yourself in the same
way. I feel like I'm meeting an alt.universe me, or I'm an
alt.universe you. [it's how I 'segment' ppl: how much do I see
me in them or them in me and I imagine how I would be just like
them if one or two or a thousand life circumstances were
different, until I can see it]
