You could compare weight to weight issues. That would be a
  comparison that might be valid to discuss and debate somewhat.
  Body dysmorphic disorder is one of those issues that affects
  both genders. There is male anorexia, especially growing common
  as the style in the past 10 yrs or so has been "skinny jeans"

  building industry. It feeds upon body dysmorphic disorder... it
  may even create it among men. Positive spin or not, it's a
  problem. Men are lucky in that there are support groups
  available easily (weightlifting clubs, nutrition sharing) yet
  also an industry that preys upon it. People who have anorexia
  are JUST starting to get the same kinds of support, with a lot
  of thanks to the Internet, but there's a long way to go. "Real
  women have curves" movement is another way of dealing with body
  dysmorphic disorder, teaching acceptance. Anyway, I could be way
  off on some of this, but it's the first thing that come to mind.
  Point is, you can't compare height and weight issues.
