There's also the old Rice diet. I don't remember exactly how it
  goes, but you eat mostly rice, carrots and chicken I think for a
  week, then slowly introduce other foods and notice the effects.
  Something like that. Anyway, good luck on your quest* when it
  comes to diet, there's lots of ideas out there and in the end,
