*PERFECT STEAK* - my words but its really just the way to do it
- tradition a) Take batteries out of smoke detectors, if any. b)
DRY cast iron skillet as hot as it gets. The redder the better*
c) salt on the bottom. Keeps it from sticking mostly. d) 3-8
minutes, leaving it on ONE SIDE as _long as you can stand it_...
because you're gonna wanna flip it.... before flipping it. e)
sear the sides too for extra omg-how-did-you-do-that f) stick a
pat of butter on top at the end. Make sure it melts and gets in
every nook and cranny. g) serve it with a new pat of butter on
top. h) put smoke detector batteries back in. * if you have flat
glass top stove, don't make it TOO red 'cause... CRAAAAAACK
