Now THIS looks good. I'd make the ice cubes with instant coffee
  at 2x or 3x strength. [yes you can use regular coffee but brewed
  strong coffee sometimes gives you extra flavors you don't want
  at those concentrations. You can also do a "cold brew
  concentrate" in the fridge but that takes time].
