Ow. Had 3 pulled in my early 20s. Last one just stuck in
  permanent "teething" mode 'til I had a dentist remove it (and
  the tooth next to it - it had to go too *sigh*). Years of
  sensitivity and pain were instantly gone. Took Aleve for 2/3
  days "just in case" (I fear pain) and when it healed... just
  amazing the difference. "
