I added a new photo to the album creative shots."Billy" the kid
  with the backwards hat that has the power to reverse time. He's
  just about the smallest lego figure you could possibly make -
  about five single 'dots' and a lever from the "lego alien
  conquest' set for the hat. Been an on again off again character.
  He either needs rescuing or loses is powerful hat or he saves
  the day or has to show a grownup that "its ok to go to the
  dentist. Its ok to go to the eye doctor..." All hail little
  Billy.^
