  routine is so the best thing to do. Jack Lalane did it best - he
  rolled out of bed to the floor and started doing pushups right
  away. By the time of this interview, he was in his 90s - he was
  up to 4 hours a day exercising. the interviewer was amazed,
  "Wow, you still love to exercise, after all these years!" he
  said, "No, i hate it. But I need to do it." God bless him - I
  saw him pull a train when he was like 85 years old while I was
  sitting in a diner in New Jersey - couldn't believe it. "
