  of what Tetris did to people 25 years ago - it's deceptively
  easy at first, but then it grabs you and you can't let it go.
  And it's true like you said, Facebook has the exact same power.
  That's why I'm careful what TV shows to get 'hooked' on, because
  once a show 'has me' i have to watch EVERY episode, so I make
  sure I make myself stay outdoors as much as I can :) "
