Yeah the consistency seems to be key for me too. Working from
  home, I sleep from 5am-9am, then from around 4pm-7pm - I like
getting two days out of one [I have fascinating dreams so I get
two great ones per day tongue emoticon ] It started
experimenting with "least sleep possible" about 2.5 yrs ago and
then let myself fall into a pattern within a few days and stuck
with it. The circle's definitely the best. Sometimes I prepare
it, sometimes it's prepared for me. But I don't have a problem
with boxed foods either; my main focus is: protein : carb : fat
ratio I don't go nuts with it numerically but more of a "sense".
For example, when I see chocolate, I see a stick of butter
flavored with cocoa and sugar. I'll eat the chocolate but I'm
aware of what it really is. Same with cheese. Love cheese. But I
know it's basically butter with a little protein. Good protein
but I'm aware of what it mostly is. Peanut butter? It's liquid
butter with some good protein. I still eat it - and I know
what's good and not-so-good fat, so I try to balance one with
the other. = Extra sharp cheddar. Feta. Blue Sharp cheeses all
the way for me. I won't turn down a Reese's - favorite. But
given a choice, I go with the darkest chocolate i can find. I
  like the bitter stuff. ==
