Well, DNA Summer camps have been around a very long time now.

supporter of them myself.
I mean, the cat's really been out of the bag for a long time;
kids have been learning how to extract field DNA, do some basic
properties tests ,right from middle school.
Of course now it gets more complicated.
I think the biggest threat isn't people experimenting with super
people, or races of slaves, but rather registering them and
such.
I mean, they'll have parents, even if the parents are the lab.
The parents will be responsible for them, just as if they were
born the natural way.
I don't _really_ see a terrible lot of difference, except...
..the mistakes.
_that's_ where things get tricky for me.
