Well, doesn't that just bring the problem a dimension up? [which
is actually a good solution to many problems].
You have an "I" agent which is "doing" (willing).
You state that perhaps it is necessary to go "up a dimension"
(like solving a maze by looking at the maze all at once rather
than travelling through it - going from 2D to 3D view) - or in
short, perhaps a Gods'-eye / birds-eye POV.
there's lots of ways to go up a dimension from a nexus of "I
will".
But (what if) - that's it? Is it possible for an "I will" to
stand alone?
If not, as you ask, what's the agent? Who provides the will to
create the I, or the I to create the will?
Nice foray into the whole cause effect/effect cause thing. I
