I loved it when I lost 26 lbs. I cut out as much white sugar as
  I could and try to limit the amount of white flour stuff I eat,
  increased fiber a bit and get a little extra protein in when I
  can. My goal after that was to keep it off, which worked (3 yrs
  +) - but now, one of these days, I need to "kick it up a notch"
  and work on the next batch of lbs. "
