They all fall under modern conflict theory. Conflict theory is
  usually under the broad umbrella feminist theory. Men's
  rights/women's rights/human rights are generally all under
  feminist studies because, well, simply, not everybody thinks in
  terms of [x] rights vs [y] power group In short, that's why
  men's rights and women's rights movements look identical from
  the outside. They're on the same spectrum, part of the same
  family / way of thinking.
