I suspect where I am in Southwest Florida, we'll probably be on
  the far tail end of this kind of thing. Our vegetable / fruit
  farms are dominated by illegal immigrants by necessity and
  profit margins are very low for those companies. So, it probably
  depends on city whether it's feasible or not but I'm sure local
  governments are watching Seattle's test bed situation VERY
  closely to make decisions for their local business owners. ==
  Well, when I say "test bed" - I don't mean that Seattle is
  testing it. I mean that it's an example now. Other equivalent
  cities are undoubtedly watching closely to make decisions for
  their local communities. == Well, it's symbolic for the rest of
  the country. $15 is a nice number to see. But for strong
  arguments for it, it's important that you see where the
  detractors are correct. You already know where they're wrong,
  but knowing where they're correct - and where the people
  fighting for it are incorrect, will make a stronger argument for
  your case.
