It's easy to get obsessed with the latest and greatest in
technology and believe that the world is progressing at a faster
and faster rate. But the reality of things, is that the real
world is slow. The real world is not computers. It's people.
It's funding. It's prioritizing. I'm glad there was a push and
that funding has been secured to complete this backlog of tests.
Maybe justice can be served for the victims, many who felt twice
victimized, trusting the justice system would take care of them
and perhaps put a bunch of these guys in jail. They're still
free and that's not good.
