we can never repeat an experiment, just hope that results are
  the same the second time or third time or whatever. When it
  comes to people? The complexity level is too great.
  Insurmountable? Probably not someday, but the river keeps moving
  forward as it were, and we're never in the same place/time
  twice, so results will always vary. If we could freeze time,
  these questions might work.

  But since we can't, free will works. What doesn't appear to be
  free will is habit, thanks to hysteresis of the system.
