One of my tests of style of teacher is if they read my responses
  or merely skim them. Thankfully, this isn't school, but I still
  carry the same habit. No implications carry through to your
  abilities as a teacher; you are excellent as a teacher, but you
  skim read my answer. But again, it's not school. I've kept
  TEACHERS after school explaining myself. They didn't keep _me_
  after school tongue emoticon
