Personally, I like up-front pricing. Even if I'm getting ripped
off, I know _exactly_ how much I'm getting ripped off for, and
can figure out my money more easily.
I don't have a problem with reasonable profit. I don't have a
problem with reasonable taxes. Govt does stuff; they gotta pay
for it, it benefits me in _some_ way. I'm fine with that.
