Quite true. It's a reason I'm sorta glad I didn't become a
  teacher (in the education industry); the structure would be
  maddening, the limitations infuriating and it's likely I'd get
  my wings clipped everytime I tried to fly and worse, I'd be
  forced to clip the student's wings so they'd stay grounded. *Not
  my way.
