I know of several ... I don't know what the name is for them but
  basically they're "emergency schools" - for the kids that aren't
  part of the Bell Curve - that fall off the edges of the system
  because, well, they're smart...er than the teachers - often due
  to having Youtube as their rolemodels and learning at an
