Well, the manual is quite awkward but they're talking about a
  very awkward subject. I would have added more things to the
  spectrum of priviledge such as income, whether or not you have a
  home, if you have a disabiity, if you are too old or too young -
  in short, there are many types of discrimination. They usere
  using the "black homosexual female in poor health" as a stark
  example of differences ...- and this is a sensitivity training
  manual. Is it done well? No, they could have done better. Is the
  characterization accurate? As a white male in good health, I'd
  say yes - even with income issues, I am in a priviledged spot,
  whether I want to be or not. I didn't ask to be here but I know
  there's a difference that's not fair. "
