^Safe Foods. Weight. Anorexia. I had a passing thought: If I
wanted to lose weight, who is the most successful at keeping
their weight off? Well, I've learned if you look to the extremes
and then come back to where you are, you can get some ideas that
will help you. So, I thought, what are some "Safe Foods" that
people who are Anorexic currently eat? Well, Public Forums often
are places where people come together, so I did a Google search.
I hope this helps someone out there who is trying to lose
weight, or even someone suffering from anorexia who needs ideas
on more things they can eat that might be ok:

mine include dannon light n fit vanilla yogurt (lowest calorie
  yummy yogurt ive found)
  diet cherry 7up
minute maid lite cherry limeaid - RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. NOT GROSS
AT ALL, only 5 calories!!!!tastes like juice!
coffee with lots of sugar for some energy.
salad with vinegary low cal dressing and lime juice
i would like a list of yummy low cal food that i can stock up
  on.
  what are your faves??

  Plain or salted rice cakes

husband heard somewhere that eating them makes you...*smell*
  .....down there... lol.
so now im petrified to eat them or let him see me eat them for
fear that he wont go there! and i desperately dont want that
  hahaha
i know its probly soooo not true but i have this weird obsession
with always smelling good and clean (on my whole body, not just

so i just googled it and i got mixed reviews. a lot of people
dont have issues with pickles, but apparently broccoli, onions,
asparagus, fish and curry all make you smell and taste bad. and
pineapple makes you smell really sweet! this goes for guys too.
pineapple makes it taste better for up to 12 hours....good to
know! also, i read that it is commonly agreed that vegetarians
smell and taste the best. interesting :)
(hopefully this wasnt tmi or too innappropriate! i tried to use
  nice language lol)
