Yes. I agree. I don't think there is really empty space
inbetween thing - we just don't have the equipment to detect it
yet. I think that "goo" is EXTREMELY easy to move through - it's
just hiding. I think a sub-Kelvin barrier around your vehicle
with just the tiniest of gaps for flow, would give the
propulsion needed to propel an object of any size faster than
the speed of light, because you'll then be invoking what some
might call "anti-gravity" or "dark energy" or "mysterious
forces" but really, they'd just forces that we don't normally
see because, well, they're travelling faster than the light it
takes to get to us and so it never reaches us our eyes or
equipment. "
