TASKS: Follow your body when you can. If its mental, write it
  down, it can wait. If its physical, do it now, if you can. Your
  mind may resist but your body wants to get up and do it. Follow
  your body when you can. All that energy resisting doing it will
  give you a headache, if it stays only in your head. Use that
  energy to do the physical thing instead. If you can't follow
  your body, then write it down and do it later or never. But get
  it out of you somehow. Don't get a headache. Do it or write it
