My heart is with you all. Death of one who is loved brings
  people together and rekindles old friendships, forges new ties
  that last and last. Dexter Shiver, who lives on and who lives in
  my mind and heart by my memories of how I knew him, lives in ALL
  of our minds and our hearts. And I know for certain, he would be
  deeply honored, shocked and amazed at his passing leading to the
  Creation of new things. So many new things, so many new
  beginnings are happening right now. My fervent wish for myself
  is that all will be able to say, as I can say for certain about
  Dexter, whose time on this Planet has been far too short is
