Feeding the body and the brain is important. over the summer I
  taught D. the basics of every major sport he might encounter in
  school. I'm not a sports nut - never watch the stuff. But
  anything that gets you running, jumping, ducking, throwing,
  catching, hitting, pitching is good for the muscles,
  heart+lungs. Recess + gym are minimal in most schools - gotta
  have something. "
