^Played solo hoops for about 2 1/2 hrs this morning. (just
'around the world') - i can feel it in my leg muscles - feels
like I did 30 leg presses in a row - a good 'strong' feeling.
Guess that's my personal theme -- get exercise. gotta combat the
'good eats' happening from thanksgiving through new years any
way I can. Positive thinking, positive movement.^
