^According to "The Most Accurate Calories Burned Calculator", I
  burned 2,636 Calories shooting hoops for 5.5 hours today, based
  on my weight. If that's true, I should be able to get on the
  scale tomorrow and see a 3/4 lb difference. Hope its true!^
