I agree Travis - the perpetrator obviously has some kind of
  mental malfunction - and needs to be taken out of society. But
  those with supposedly more level heads to say, "shh - just don't
  say anything and everything is okay" turns the situation into a
  Secret Society - and those are always dangerous things. "
