thanks john! i just started getting on a kick and I'm enjoying
  it. there's plenty of other things that need to be done, but
  clearing out the section we keep the wood at *and* chopping all
  of that wood (well, chainsawing) that's just been sitting there
  was very satisfying. I'm doing all this stuff now 'cause the
  growing is slowing and there's a chance that this might stay
  nice and open 'til the spring. "
