^XTREME yard work today. Cranked the mower wheels up to the
  highest setting, got my handheld pruners in my pocket and I
  ATTACKED THE WOODS. About once a year I like to create mystical
  pathways through the woods. Even if I end up being the only one
  who walks through them (and I usually am), it's worth the
  effort. It expands the visual space around the yard, and for
  anyone daring enough to walk the wide paths, they may find some
  nice surprises - interesting patterns of light and shadow,
  unique noises and a mystical experience.^
