I guess the trick to make it work, would be to be able to get:
  1) Shelter 2) Food 3) Sanitation 4) Transporation taken care of
  without having to worry about it at all in the least. With those
  basic needs taken care of, we'd be free to pursue loftier
  pursuits in the right frame of mind. It is definitely possible -
  so long as the popuation of each group doesn't get past 150
  (look up the rule of 150 - great stuff). "
